Wanda achieved a significant fitness goal with the help of wellness apps.

"I use the SmartHealth and Omada apps and started exercising. As a result, I have brought my sugar levels down a little. But guess what? I also did a half-marathon a couple of weeks ago. The last time I did any races was back in 2010 so completing this run was a big accomplishment for me. I feel good and will continue to use the apps and now focus on my diet."
